Introduction

We are a small group of Scotland fans who will be cycling from Wembley Stadium, London to Hampden Park, Glasgow from 6th – 10th June.

The charity bike ride will take place in the week leading up to the Scotland v England world cup qualifier. We will be setting off from Wembley Stadium on Tuesday 6 th June, aiming to arrive in Glasgow an hour or so before kick off on Saturday 10 th June with the principle aim of raising as much money as we can for the Tartan Army Sunshine Appeal, Registered Scottish Charity SC041455.

On the site you can meet the team, view our route & find out more about the Tartan Army Sunshine Appeal & the great work it does. There is also a page dedicated to those companies and groups who have been generous enough to support the bike ride and of course, on the team page, there are links to the teams BT Donate page where you can donate to an individual rider.

Testimonial

John Daly, Chairman of the Tartan Army Sunshine Appeal, said, "We'll be eternally grateful to this group of Scotland fans for this tremendous effort. We rely totally on our supporters doing things, ordinary and extraordinary, to provide us with funds to carry on spreading a little sunshine into the lives of children everywhere we go. This Bike Ride is clearly in the category "extraordinary".

"As a group, the Sunshine Appeal is astonished that anyone would ever attempt something as challenging as this to fundraise for us. We are humbled but uplifted. We appreciate their loyalty to the Sunshine Appeal and would encourage others to support and motivate them by donating to their magnificent project. I look forward to greeting them as they cross the border."
